OK not of the meat variety, but more the annoying unsolicited messages that clog up you inbox.

Not so much a controversial issue but more a warning to the wannabe SEO experts trying to place links to their sites. Now i don't mind someone posting a link to their site, how ever i do not like pure html posts or meaningless posts that say great site and then a whole host of links to their Viagra or virgin pussy you tube site.

So bottom line - you want to post a link then make a decent contribution to the post. I am sure you have time to write a little piece on your view of the subject. I don't want to be spending hours deleting worthless posts and after all you will only be wasting your time when i delete it. So do us all a favour and post something worthwhile.
